DON'T APPLY FOR CREDIT CARD or BUY ANY LARGE TICKET ITEMS: You do not want to make any purchases or apply for any credit cards before the closing on your home.

 

CHOOSE YOUR INSPECTORS: Select a processional licensed home inspector to do your home inspection. I always suggest you get an inspection to protect yourself from anything unseen that could arise after closing. The benefit is that at your final walk through you will be able to all repairs requested have been made.

 

BUDGET EXTRA: Always leave a little extra for unexpected expenses while you may need to have a few homes inspected and that will add up while finding your perfect home for you.
