Chia SEED PUDDING
Ingredients

4 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk.

12 Tablespoons chia seeds

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.

1 packets stevia or to taste.

blueberries and kiwi optional
Directions
Mix together almond milk, chia seeds, vanilla, and stevia. Place kiwi in cup or bowl and add chia mixture. Top with coconut Greek yogurt and blueberries optional.
Chia seeds are energy providers that help you boost your energy and also contain omega- 3 fatty acids and protein. They are high in fiber and antioxidants
