Protein Smoothie Bowl for weight loss




  • 2 cups Greek yogurt

  • 1 serving of protein powder

  • 1 TBS Nectar


  • Chocolate shavings

  • Coconut flakes

  • Granola gluten free

  • Sliced fruit of your choice


  1. Add Greek yogurt, protein powder and nectar in blender and blend until mixed together. Add a little Almond milk if it gets too hard to blend with the protein powder (optional).

  2. Scoop into 1-2 serving bowls and top fruit of your choice and all desired toppings. I enjoy adding all types of berries, mangos, pears, watermelon, peaches, and so many other fruits. I always top with a little granola, coconut flakes and even add chia seeds and almond butter to give it even more fiber and healthy oils.

  3. Fresh is always the best way I enjoy eating these bowls but I also freeze them for a later date adding granola only after bringing it back out of the freezer.
